Behavioral Interviewing

Prerequisite: Interview Techniques.

More employers are using behavioral interviewing techniques to find the best candidates for the job. They see the job seeker’s past performances as an indicator of how he/she will perform in the future.  This interactive workshop will teach what to expect at behavioral interviews and provide examples of questions you might face. Attendees will participate in an exercise that helps them tell a “story” based on one of many skills that are addressed in a behavioral-based interview.
