Introduction to Windows

This workshop provided an introduction to using Microsoft’s windows operating system. It is intended for new computer users.

Topics covered include:

• The boot process
• Discovering the desktop
• Common work areas such as My Computer and My Documents
• Recognizing files and folder
• Manipulating windows
