Online Job Search Resources
There are dedicated, free online services to help you find work faster than ever. Among these free services are:
- Mass Job Quest (MJQ): an online job listing of all the job openings that employers have listed with the state workforce system.
- Occupational Outlook Handbook: will tell you detailed descriptions, salaries and future hiring trends on every major job description in the nation.
- Career Information System (CIS): will walk you through the career planning and training process. It has a basic interest survey as well as schools and vendors that provide educational programs.

- Job Central: a national job search database to access jobs from more than one source. It has job search tools available as well as specialized listings for target populations including: veterans, executives, students, etc.
