Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund
The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund awards grants to help businesses and labor organizations train the Commonwealth's workers, enchancing their existing skills and introducing them to new technologies, production methods and customer satisfaction tools.
The Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund awards grants through the following three programs:
General Program
- Maximum amount of grant is $250,000, and up to $1 million in certain cases.
- Training grants are awarded to employers, employer organizations, labor organizations and training providers.

Express Program
- Total grant cannot exceed $15,000.
- Training grants are awarded to businesses with 50 or fewer employees or labor organizations.

Hiring Incentive Training Grant (HITG)
Provides training grants up to $2,000 per employee and up to $30,000 a year per company.
